Published service commitment

Dryfta’s official Service Level Agreement states a Monthly Uptime Percentage commitment of at least 99.95% for the applicable platform during a monthly billing cycle.

Credits in the published SLA

Subject to the SLA conditions, the published schedule provides a 10% platform credit below 99.95% but at or above 99.0%, and a 30% platform credit below 99.0%. Credits apply against eligible future fees and must follow the documented claim process.

What the calculation excludes

The published SLA excludes events such as suspension or remedial action, force majeure and issues outside reasonable control, customer or third-party actions, customer technology, non-availability failures and maintenance.

What applies to a KSA customer

The proposal, order form, service agreement and any attached SLA confirm the commitment, platform scope, maintenance, support route, measurement and remedies for that customer.

This page is a practical summary and does not replace the applicable signed agreement or the complete official SLA.

Report an availability concern

Contact the support route stated in your agreement. If no specific route is stated, send the event platform address, incident time and a concise description to email@dryfta.com.
