Where Saudi event platforms are hosted

Event platforms provided to Saudi customers are hosted in an AWS data centre located in Bahrain. The agreed hosting, data migration, access and retention scope is documented during implementation.

Platform safeguards

Dryfta’s official security documentation describes layered controls across infrastructure and application operations.

  • Application-level and server-level firewalls
  • HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections
  • Encrypted passwords that are not stored as plain text
  • Regular scanning for common vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top Ten
  • Frequent backups and operational monitoring

Access and team responsibility

Security also depends on how each event team configures administrators, roles, exports, integrations and content. Use the minimum access needed, review accounts regularly and remove access when a role ends.

  • Use individual administrator accounts
  • Apply role-based permissions
  • Protect exported files and integration credentials
  • Report suspected incidents promptly

Payments and third parties

Moyasar and Tap can be configured for local online payments when included in the project. The applicable gateway terms, merchant controls and payment-data responsibilities are confirmed for each integration.
