Pricing questions

Answers before you choose a plan

What is Dryfta, and how is the name pronounced?

Dryfta is a full-stack research and event management platform for universities, associations and enterprises. It brings ticketing, abstracts, peer review, programmes, engagement and reporting into one system. The name comes from the Swedish word associated with “discuss” and is pronounced “Dreef-ta”.

What kinds of events can I manage with Dryfta?

Dryfta supports small and large conferences as well as in-person, hybrid and virtual programmes. The connected participant record helps the team follow registration, preferences, tickets, sessions, meetings and engagement from one place.

How do Saudi organisations get started?

Request a demo or a KSA quotation. The local team will confirm the event domain, volumes, required modules, payment gateway, implementation schedule and hosting arrangement before the platform is prepared.

Who counts as a registrant?

A registrant is anyone who submits a registration form or is added by an administrator. That can include attendees, authors, reviewers, speakers, moderators, administrators and contacts assigned to custom roles.

How long does event setup take?

Timing depends on the approved scope, data quality and integrations. Core pages and forms can be prepared quickly, while complex migrations and integrations require a confirmed implementation plan. Setup assistance is included with every published plan.

Can our team export its data?

Yes. Dryfta provides CSV exports for contacts, registrations, abstracts, reviews, programme data and other operational records available to authorised users.

Can we use our own payment gateway?

Yes. The organiser uses its own merchant account, and Dryfta does not hold ticket revenue or add a Dryfta service fee to those payments. Saudi implementations can be scoped for Moyasar or Tap after the merchant account and required payment flow are reviewed.

Is Pay as You Go available?

Yes. This option lets a team purchase credits for current requirements instead of paying for future volumes it may not need. The pricing table identifies capabilities that remain separate paid add-ons.

Are annual plans available?

Yes. Small, Medium and Large are annual offerings. Published prices are shown in Saudi riyals for KSA customers. Dryfta Software Company prepares the final Saudi proposal and commercial terms for the approved scope.

Which pricing model should we choose?

Choose an annual plan when your organisation needs a predictable approved budget and known annual volumes. Pay as You Go is more suitable when requirements change and the team prefers to purchase only the credits it currently needs.

Do annual-plan customers still need credits?

Not for usage already included within the plan limits. Credits are needed after an included allowance is consumed or when a capability is identified as credit-based or a paid add-on.

How is the platform paid for?

The commercial proposal confirms the payment method and schedule. Global self-service customers can purchase credits or an annual subscription from billing; Saudi organisations can request an invoice and agree local commercial terms with Dryfta Software Company.

Are there hidden platform charges?

The approved quotation lists the plan, usage allowances, implementation and paid add-ons. There is no minimum usage requirement for Pay as You Go, and the organiser’s payment revenue goes to its own merchant account.

Can we add credits for more registrations or submissions?

Yes. Credits can be added when registration, submission or other usage exceeds the current allowance. Dryfta’s published capacity supports up to 200,000 registrations and 20,000 paper submissions per event, subject to the agreed environment and scope.

How are SSO, a custom domain or virtual sessions purchased?

These are purchased as the plan table indicates: through credits or a paid add-on. Virtual-session usage is calculated at one credit per attendee per session on the global offering; the KSA quotation confirms the exact local scope.

Are nonprofit discounts available?

Dryfta offers nonprofit discounts on eligible annual plans, but not on Pay as You Go. Contact the KSA team so eligibility and final terms can be confirmed in writing.
