Where will Saudi customer event platforms be hosted?
Saudi customer event platforms are hosted in an AWS data centre in Bahrain.
Is local support available?
Yes. Dryfta KSA offers local support to Saudi customers, backed by Dryfta’s wider product and support resources.
Can attendees pay through Moyasar or Tap?
Dryfta KSA can configure local online payment integrations for Moyasar and Tap where the selected gateway, merchant account and project scope support the required payment flow.
Can you migrate our existing event data?
Migration can be planned for attendee, submission, speaker, programme and related records when usable exports are available. The exact mapping is confirmed before implementation.
Can Dryfta manage abstracts and peer review?
Yes. Forms, author dashboards, reviewer assignment, conflicts, blind review, scores, decisions, notifications and programme conversion are part of the relevant workflows.
Can we manage multiple events?
Dryfta supports recurring and multi-event programmes. The account and platform structure is agreed around your organisation, teams and reporting needs.

Dryfta includes event app workflows for schedules, profiles, messages, notifications, networking, check-ins and other attendee services selected for the event.
How does pricing work?

Is an SLA available?
